Yin, Reiki and Kundalini Yoga Classes

In this practice, we will use props to support the body while in deep, relaxing poses. A true opportunity to mentally tune in, learning how to let go of the chatter, as well as, opening the body to more flexibility. While marinating in poses we will be provided Reiki, helping to relax a little deeper while moving stuck stale energies in the body.
